Refund policy

At Aiva Collection, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale items, personalised/custom products, and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for returns.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can investigate and assist you promptly. Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted.

Approved returns may be eligible for an exchange, store credit, or refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or faulty.
